By registering as a User in the appropriate section by filling out the form, you will be able to request and receive special conditions through discount coupons.

 

Shipping Methods

Shipments are made by express courier throughout Italy, with delivery in 24-48 hours from the order (barring unforeseen events and problems with the order), and in the EU area in 72-96 hours.

Security on the shipment and on the goods received

The goods travel at the recipient's risk, so we ask you to check the conditions of the package received immediately upon delivery. If the package has been tampered with, opened or damaged in any way that could make you think of theft of the contents, please put the reservation on the courier's document with the wording: "I reserve the right to check the contents because the package arrived damaged (or with tampering)." Please then check the contents of the package and if there are any goods missing compared to what was ordered and paid for, please notify us immediately so that we can intervene to give you what is due. Without the Reserve on the bubble we will not be able to guarantee that you will be reimbursed for the missing goods and therefore it will remain at our discretion and without obligations.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase based on the total order amount. The minimum cost is €5.00 (for Italy excluding the islands), except for special periodic promotions.

For purchases over €39.00, shipping costs are free (for shipments to Italy).

In Europe the shipping costs are € 12.00.

For those using a discount coupon, shipping costs are free for amounts over € 75.00.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Legislative Decree of 22/05/1999 n. 185, if the goods are not to your liking and you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, just let us know within 10 working days of receiving the goods by sending:

• a registered letter with return receipt or telegram to Scen di Ana Busic, via Pietro Borghi n° 1, 53036 Poggibonsi (SI)

or

• an e-mail to the e-mail address: Administration@elkopur.com , to be always followed by a registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours of sending the communication through one of the aforementioned means.

Within the same term of 10 working days, from the date of receipt of the products, you must return the products to us intact and in their original packaging, with the respective invoice or tax receipt. The shipment of the products to the sender is at his expense and under his responsibility. As soon as we have received the products, we will refund the sums paid within 15 days of receipt of the communication and of the returned goods.

 

Assistance and Complaints

Our philosophy is to always protect and satisfy the customer. For this reason, for any type of clarification, assistance or dispute, you can contact us:

Warranty

All products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. If the product is damaged by shipping and/or delivery, Scen will collect the damaged product (accompanied by the packaging, documentation and anything else inserted at the time of packing by the manufacturer). Should the defect be found, Scen will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact us at Administration@elkopur.com .

 

Tax documentation

For each purchase Scen issues a summary of the order using the data that the customer will release at the time of purchase. The order summary will be sent together with the product. In the event that there are errors found in the order summary or there is a need to send it again, please notify us at the e-mail address: Administration@elkopur.com . Pursuant to Resolution No. 274/E of 11/5/2009, the company Scen di Ana Busic is not subject to the issue of a receipt or tax receipt or invoice (unless requested by the customer at the time of the operation) as provided for in the article 22 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972 and pursuant to Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree December 21, 1996, n. 696. In any case, the buyer can request the issuance of a tax invoice and this can be chosen at the time of conclusion of the order where he will have to cross out the request and enter the data to be invoiced, also reporting the VAT number and/or code tax.
